Hi everyone! I bought a new washing machine over a year ago and Its not washing clothes very well anymore. I dont live in a hard water area. Ive emptied the filter, detergent drawer and cleaned them both. I do a regular descale wash with nothing in to descale the drum but the clothes arent getting clean. my daughters white socks are coming out still grubby. They smell like theyre clean but they dont look it ? A lady on another forum asked if the machine gets soapy when washing and watching it on a hot wash today it didnt? Do I need it to be soapy? Can anyone suggest why this is happening?
