Nappy in my washing machine ...

Hi,

Has anyone put a nappy in there wash before .. i did somehow and it came out whole but all the gel had broken down into little bits .. so had to shower down all clothes and wash empty my machine a few times to get rid of bits!

But still a smell .... any ideas

when this happens to me i just re wash until everything gone.

i've done this but didn't get a smell...maybe you're drain is blocked. what sort of smell are you getting?

Its from the drum ... like a musty smell ? like if you left washing in the machine for a bit and forgot about it ? ..

is it still smelly? Have you tried putting it on an empty boil wash, possibly with some dettol in it or something similiar?

Yeah done empty wash and calgone ... will try dettol i think its not that bad if im using machine everyday just notice when its stands unused and then you can smell x thanks though x
