Porridge in slow cookers?

Anyone know if it can be done. I've tried disastrously and I'd love to know if it's possible.

I thought that, ggirl. but assumed there was a reason they wanted to do it in the slow cooker.

Apparently it's supposed to be lovely someone mentioned it on here once. I keep meaning to post asking how so will keep this bumped for an answer.

I read about someone doing it on here but in a bowl in water in a slow cooker. Search for porridge and slow cooker.
