Porridge in slow cookers?

Anyone know if it can be done. I've tried disastrously and I'd love to know if it's possible.

I would say no. Have 2 good books and neither have porridge in them.

why would you need to

I use microwave for kids porridge

takes 2minutes

I read about someone doing it on here but in a bowl in water in a slow cooker. Search for porridge and slow cooker.
