How to get pen ink out of white tunic?

I accidentally put on a wash with a pen in the pocket… now my white uniform has got stains splashed across it.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what to use? I’ve googled various things but any tried and tested methods would be fab!

Dr beckmans stain removers have always done the job for me.

Milk.

Wet the stain and place a clean cloth underneath. Spray damp stain with hairspray and dab with a clean cloth. Repeat the water, hairspray & dabing until stain lifts. This tend to work for most ink stains.

Hair spray

Hairspray. Spray onto the stain and then dab with some kitchen roll, don’t rub. Keep spraying/dabbing until gone

I used nail varnish remover to get sharpie pen ink out of pale jeans. Worked well.
