Kitchen aid mini or classic

Just that really?
Having saved money from 2 birthdays and a Christmas I’ve decided to buy a new stand aid mixer and I think the kitChen aid is the one

I just don’t know if I should get the classic size or go for the smaller size, the mini?

I would be using it for cakes and bread and also to make lovely meringue.

Just not sure if the mini is TOO small?

Would love to know peoples thoughts pros and cons if you have the mini.

Thanks Smile

Mini is too small IMO. Go for the classic (aka artisan). The classic might struggle a bit with thicker doughs. If you bake a lot of breads then it might pay to check out the pro in the regular size.

I’d go bigger if you can afford it. They’re lovely to use, and not as frustratingly faffy as cheaper mixers. I’ve found myself using it much more than I anticipated when I bought it.

Classic for sure. You’d kick yourself if you e saved for it and it’s too small to be useful. I bloody love mine.
