Fy screen for back door

Can anyone recommend a fly screen for a back door please?

For some reason we get periods of time where several flies enter the house during the summer.

I would like to prevent this obviously. I don't know whether a metallic chain affair or solid screen is better. We have a medium sized dog who likes to wander in and out on dry days.

I don't think that buying one for a fiver in ebay willl work so happy to pay up to £30.

We just have the net ones with the magnetic closures and they do seem to work well. I think the noise of a chain one would rival wind chimes and they are not popular according to a recent thread!

You might be able to persuade the dog to push through a chain or magnetic one.

well we have the string one's 4 of them 1at front door 1at backdoor and 2 for an 8ft patio door

they have cut down the flys lots and the cat does not mind them at all
i put mine up net wire andthey stay up all summer and can easily lock the doors with them in situ
