I need to buy new pans, the ones I have currently cost a bomb and lasted 25 years, they are Circulon pans if it matters. I bought them when I got my first home and maybe they weren't hugely expensive but at the time it was a massive fortune to me
I'm looking for quality ones again but trying to not go overboard on cost. Definitely not LeCruset or anything heavy.
I've seen ones that handles come off for better storage etc but that's not hugely important. I just don't know where to start.
Any recommendations?
