BBQ sauce stain

BBQ sauce was spilt last night and only discovered this am. So far I've tried using back carpet cleaner, scrubbing with dishwashing liquid and also scrubbing with bio washing powder. It's still there
Has anyone any suggestions how to remove it? Thanks

Sunshine works on a number of stains after washing. Do you have the ingredients?

Sorry should have specified, it was spilt on cream carpet not clothing.
I bought Dr Beckmann carpet scrubber this morning , fingers crossed it works!

Nope no luck with that! Anyone got any ideas? Really don't want to have to replace the whole carpet

What were the inredients of the bbq sauce?

I'd try treating as a tomato sauce stain.

Honestly no idea of ingredients. It was the one that comes with Doninos pizza! Thanks for the suggestion. I've found HG stain remover online and ordered it. Think it's bleach based so fingers crossed it works! Can't make it any worse looking
