Deodorant stains

My friend uses the hard stick deodorants. He literally covers the top half of his body in it.....now his blue work shirts are badly stained. Any ideas on how yo remove it??? It's goes right from the armpit to the front of the shirt and has soaked on makjng the shirt look like he's sweating.

Try soaking the armpit fabric in diluted soda crystals for a few hours/over night. Then every time he washes the shirt spray the area with white vinegar that should help to break down the deodorant deposits. I also put vinegar in the fabric softener drawer, plus only use powder rather than pods
