Really daft question, I know. Bought one from John Lewis last week - the plume of vapor went quite high, but I had to return it as the timer didnt work. The one I've swapped it for works ok, but the vapor doesnt go high. Does this affect how well it perfumes the air? The new one goes about 5 inches above the top of the diffuser. Just wondering if I need to return this or if its normal?
Thanks in advance.
