I run a small Airbnb guests arrived yesterday said it was disgusting / dirty and wanted a full refund and to leave.. I have refunded but they didn't leave till this am (they said they came from Scotland and had no where else) .... they've had a free night on me... is that right or have I been played ...

Sounds like they've got a free night on the way to somewhere else.

That's not right. They should have paid if they stayed.

Can you put a complaint in against them with AB&B? It was generous of you to refund and they took advantage by getting a free night.

Thank you I have raised with Airbnb and ask they pay for the night I just think they were so rude they asked me over for a chat (the property is self contained studio flat in our garden) and said they what do you say about the state I just can't deal with confrontational people like that
