Getting cuffs of waterproof clean?

Mine look horrible. Red coat and grimy cuffs - got the nik wax wash but I wondered what if anything to scrub. With ?

Try a scrub with dripak liquid soap, which should be okay with a waterproof finish ( which is easily wrecked by using the wrong stuff, as I know to my cost). www.dri-pak.co.uk/laundry-products/liquid-soap/
It is okay to use in the machine, too.
