How do you get oily marks out of clothes?

I've just poured oily tomato casseroley sauce down my jeans and cotton top also...

Help!

i think your meant to lay the item over some blotting paper and iron the garment.

it melts the oil and the blotting paper absorbs it.

not sure if it works thoug

Ironing with brown paper between the iron & the stain helps. Hot wash?

I rub in a teeny tiny bit of washing up liquid then bung straight in the wash
