Since DS1 was born I've had terrible nightsweats and it's really unpleasant. We have a good quality but too-hard mattress, and a fairly cheap but lovely and soft (polyester fill, cotton outer) mattress topper. Previously we had a memory foam mattress topper but didn't like it.
Can anyone recommend a really soft comfy mattress topper that ALSO helps with night sweats? I'm willing to pay as much as it takes, but just don't want to buy something crap. Any suggestions?
