I hope everyone is well and enjoying the long Easter break!
Did some research on Mumsnet and seems like the majority of posts on these areas are from a few years ago, so reaching out to the online community for some advice: would you please be able to share any feedback on living in Acton and/or Streatham?
I'm a 30 y.o. female, single, work in the City and looking to buy my first home — looking at 2 beds for about 400k.
Streatham seems to have quite a nice vibe, but transport connections are not as good as in Acton, especially now that the Crossrail project is under construction. Acton is well connected, but maybe there is a change to get a bigger property in Streatham for the same amount of money.
Any pros and cons, tips and insights would be really helpful.
