How do I get biro off painted walls without rubbing off paint??

2 yo has decided to re-decorate newly painted living room with biro. How can I remove it without scrubbing off paint?

Hi Sarah - have you tried bleach? Put some on a q-tip and try rubbing it off. Otherwise scrubb off paint and biro and repaint!

or jif or ajax or something.

Flash erasers are pretty good, if used gently.

Hairspray will get it off, but it will take off a bit of paint too, not usually enough to notice though.

Have you tried a babywipe?

white toothpaste works, but may take a smidgeon of paint off

Domestos will take it off..
