I have been a bit slack for a couple of days and done no washing, so this morning I put it all into piles ready, and in the middle of the big heap was a wet towel, and it was really smelly and warm!!!!!!!!!!!! ewwwwwwwwwwww, thats bad baceria growing is'nt it?

When I say warm, I mean really warm, like when you take a wet towel off a hot radiator.

Wash it quick - hottest wash you can!

Its in the machine already, and everything it was surrounding, on a 60 degrees with a pre wash, I still have the smell in my nostrils.

Eeew! Very strange. Never had that before, and DH is a bugger for leaving towels lying around damp.

I know what caused it now, the raw chicken we had in the fridge leaked some of its juices, I mopped it up wth an ols tea towel and stupidly put in in the washing basket, then threw a wet towel on top.
