Freddie's Flowers - are they meant to look dead?

I got a code on here to try Freddie's Flowers half price (thanks to whoever code I used) - they arrived this morning and Ive put them in a vase and they look dead - thats the only word I can use to describe them.

They are droopy and listless, what little flowers there are are all shrivelled and they just look awful.

It's my first time getting flowers through the post, and tbh I'd have been better just buying my usual M&S bunch for the same price.

Tell me they get better looking? The pic that shows what they are supposed to look like is lovely - mine really aren't!

Try poping a crushed up paracetamol in the water.

My Freddie’s flowers have all been brilliant and the customer service is good so just give them an email.

If you trim a couple of cms of the stems and put them in water, they usually perk up.

I'm happy with my Next £20 post box flowers

Cut the ends of off and see if they improve but mine turned up yesterday and sound like they are in much better shape than yours so I’d contact customer services with a photo.

The flowers I received weren't great either only looked fresh for 5 days so I cancelled after first delivery . I'll stick to Lidl for £5 a bunch which last 10 days .

The post box flowers are usually still in bud so take a couple of days to bloom.
If they don't 'wake up' contact them and tell them.
