Best robot vacuum on small budget?

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone would recommend a robot vacuum that doesn't cost too much. I am after one with:

• decent suction
• quiet
• that can be controlled by Alexa if possible, but not essential

Eufy! They’re often on offer on the website and Amazon. I paid about £145 for my 30c last year.
