Grey scratches on sink

Hi

Does anyone have any tips how to get these scratches of my sink? It’s new I only bought it last week and plumber noticed it after it had been installed so I can’t return now... it could have been him although he said it wasn’t.

Thanks

I’d start with something gentle like that white foam block stuff that removes marks from walls etc.
If that doesn’t work, try Bar keepers friend, or Cif, or some baking powder.
Is it a mark or is it a scratch?

It’s not damaged the surface so I’m not sure what it actually is. They look like scratches but don’t feel like them if you know what i mean.

The scratches are from something metal going across the surface , they will come off by using what's called a bath rubber or something abrasive like the pink stuff that comes in a tub . Use it gently until the marks go .
It works in our bathroom showroom on display items that get marked

Yes the pink stuff tub should work. I have used it on similar in my kitchen sink. Try in a small area first though just in case!

Bar keeper's Friend is great for white sinks. Try the powder.

Well the pink stuff did nothing not even a tiny bit. @howdidigettobe50something which one is best as they are all different types online ?

It's the one called the original and best multi surface stain remover. You use the powder with a little water and rub it like a paste. I hope it works for you!🤞
