Cleaning absorbent tiles

Looking for the best way way to clean our kitchen floor tiles.
I have a spray mop but the water just soaks in to them, so I get service dirt off but what is the best way to do a deep clean??

A steam mop. Keep going over ingrained dirt and it will lift.

Once they are clean, you need to seal them - google 'floor tile sealant' there's loads about. This will stop them being absorbant.
