Combination Microwave

Hi, I am new on here, I have a combination microwave, does anyone know if after cooking on convection, is it ok to use the microwave straight after cooking in the oven, obviously the oven and glass rotating plate are very hot. I am worried that I could damage the unit?

Any help would be great

i do this a lot if say ive cooked pies and then need to fast cook baked beans to go with the pies and five years later mine is fine i take out the convection cooked food leave the door open for a few seconds swap the plates and then use the microwave function, they are designed for both types of cooking mine has a metal plate for convection cooking so dont have the glass one get hot

Thanks for that, I leave the glass in and put the metal one on top when I am convection cooking, I thought you were meant to do that?
