Castile soap. Marseille soap. Similar thing?

I have been using Castile liquid soap for household cleaning, and like it a lot.

This morning I've just found a litre of Marseille liquid soap at the back of a cupboard. Must have bought it on a whim last year and forgotten about it!

It's normal verbena-scented Marseille soap (i.e. not the black stuff). Can I use this in the same way, for household cleaning, mopping etc?

I know that Castile soap and Marseille soap aren't exactly the same thing, process-wise, but I'm hoping they're close enough to be interchangeable... of course if it's no good for household cleaning, I'll just use it for handwash or something.

TIA
