Any tips on lifting a coffee stain out of a white pinstriped cotton shirt?

Obviously, I only found the stain after washing and ironing the thing!

Vanish thus far fruitless, considering bleach but I assume this will mess with the pinstripe?

super-douper hotwash? Anything?

I've always found milton (sterilising fluid) fantastic for this kind of thing, but obviously try it first
