Horrible Hermes left a big red stain :((

They put a big wet red box inside my door and I dragged it towards me and it’s left a big red stain across my rug.

Zoflora has reduced it but it’s not gone, any suggestions?
It’s a light grey wool rug.

Rubbing alcohol, a white cloth and some elbow grease (the action, not the luminous yellow product!)

It works wonders

Zoflora won't do much, it's only a disinfectant. I do usually use the luminous yellow Elbow Grease on stains like this, but not sure if it would be OK on a wool rug. Washing up liquid and a soft brush might work too.
