Any recommendations please?

Used to use M&S Summer Breeze laundry liquid but doesn't seem to exist anymore so need a new one.

I use woolite.

Use whatever you wash your hair with. Shampoo won't ruin your clothes.

second shampoo.
just a tablespoon or so does the job nicely.

I use the Ecover delicates one, is great!

I am a knitter and use luxury natural fibres such as merino and cashmere. I would highly recommend Eucalan. It is incredibly gentle and you can use it either to was by hand or machine. You only need a tiny amount (around a teaspoon for a jumper), so lasts ages. I love the Wrapture scent (subtle jasmine fragrance) but they also do lavender, unscented , and other ones.

Ecover delicates. Used it for years with no issues, even through some reformulation.

Can I ask if anyone uses fabric conditioner when washing wool or delicates please?

MrPanks · 11/03/2021 06:44

No, I don’t. You don’t need it if you use a specific delicates product.

RampantIvy · 11/03/2021 06:46

Tesco silk and delicates handwash liquid. Smells nice and delicate too!

I use Stergene in the washing machine for machine washable wool/cashmere. I do use fabric conditioner with it.
