Hi Grouchy, we have a FLYing Babysteppers, Graduates and Newbies thread
here if you?re interested? We?re a bunch of new FLY Babies, and we have either just finished or are currently doing babysteps!

I do pop in to this list to see what all you amazing FLY Babies do (those lists you post still scare me, so I?m going to back out of the room very quietly now!)

Grouchyoscar · 06/11/2007 18:08

Yep leap pad books, just for the Leap Pad, not Leapster or my 1st leap pad. I've seen it online too so it's not just peculiar to the Heavy Woollen district of West Yorkshire

OK. I've stopped fretting and I'm trying to get Ed to read...he's managed fat cat big pig dig and wig

See you later xxx GO

Evening

I'm shattered, but most of the rewiring is done, and the dust sheets have been packed away. He is coming back at the weekend to finish off, but hopefully it won't involve more holes in the walls and ceilings.

Thanks for the email Bianca....I haven't read all the threads I've missed so it was appreciated

I have read todays thread, and agree with Ruby - none of us are perfect FLYers - If we were we wouldn't be posting I think you do a great job Oscar

TheMadHouse · 06/11/2007 20:20

welcome Back Jas Workmen can be a nightmare - non???

I have done most of the evening routine, but have had to put the pillow cases from my bed in the wash (only changed it earlier), as DS1 put toothpaste all over them.

I am getting through the day and have cleaned more than normal, even did the tops in addition to the cuboards in the kitchen. I think that if I keep busy I will be OKish emotionally. My mum is OK, as she has my neice (who is 2.6) to babysit this evening (she goes to bed late) and that should keep her mind of dad (hopefully)

Just a brief note from me, not read thread properly but for poorlies (should we re-open FLYhosp?)and TMH...And Bianca...I didn't realise...I think we used to doodle together????

I have had a couple of days off. I was v v sicky (but not actually sick) yesterday...but didn't feel ill enough to stay off work, came home early and crashed for the evening and did absolutely nothing else. It didn't help that I woke up at 5:30 feeling sicky, DD3 came in with us at 6:30 as I was dropping off and insisted on giving us an anatomy lesson - telling us where her nose, ears and feet were...followed by a game of Peek-a-boo which we tried to ignore until she started shouting "Pee-a-Boo" at the top of her sweet and innocent voice.

Today I am better but DTDs had a 5 o clock party with a 10min drive each way for drop off and pick up (does anyone else hate midweek parties?), so I left work early, 15 mins to do hair x2, drop off, home to make tea for DP, DD3 & me, clear up(ish) kitchen, go back and fetch DTDs, bedtime routine, DP gets home at 8:45 ...I am crashed in front of MN .

I will cath up tomorrow/Thurs, but I want to try and find the time to clean DTDs little people sets for DD3 to play with...
