Cleaning windows

We have a wall of windows, they are old and draughts come through, and they condensate a lot!

What is the best way to keep them clean, mildew/mold/moss free ?
I am trying to keep it green because of the kitties.

Yes to Karcher window vac.
It will help quickly clear condensation and you can clean the windows with it.

Deffo the karcher window vac. Failing that, a pile of old cloths, that get chucked in a hot wash frequently.
