Laundry powder - can I use this for colours?

DH bought a box of “surf bright white” by mistake, and I can’t tell if it’ll be ok for colour washes or not? The only thing it says on the box is about colours running, but it doesn’t say that it would damage coloured clothes. So would it bleach all our clothes or would it be ok?

it will contain brightener (tiny amount of blue colouring) and laundry bleach.
so yes, it will make colours fade faster.
however just the once until you can get colour powder will be fine.

Ok, thanks! I thought that might be the case, but didn’t want to test it out and risk destroying our clothes!
