Gas cookers

I want to replace my gas cooker with an electric one ( cleaner and greener) but it will cost almost £400 for a new circuit and powerpoint. I’m so disappointed but will have to stick with gas. What’s a good middle-priced gas cooker which is not the Hotpoint one I currently hate?
I want easy to clean plus delivery which includes connection and disposal of the old one.

I had electric cookers for years, so as soon as I moved into a house with gas, got a gas cooker. Much prefer it - what is it that you hate so much?

One of the things I miss about my old gas cooker is the glass lid for the hob - might be worth looking online at cookers in your price range and thinking about the features you particularly want. For me, oven size is a deal breaker.

AO and Currys sometimes have deals on specific models that offer discounts on installation/removal.
