Sparkling bathroom (tips please)

Looking for some help, just finished having a new bathroom fitted and spent the morning cleaning it only to have streaks still on the chrome fittings and shower screen. I also have little tiny blue marks in the bath (the size of pinheads) which weren't there when the bath was fitted. Has anyone got any great cleaning tips for me? I've always lived in rental until now and I do pride myself on having a clean bathroom but now I am very houseproud and would like it sparkling (or at least not streaky...)

Once you've cleaned the taps (chrome) dry with a towel.
For shower doors I use viakel (can't remember how to spell it!) then use a squeegee to remove excess water & spray with method leave on shower cleaner.

Enjoy your new bathroom!

Oooh, outside of the shower doors, after cleaning I use window cleaner on them to remove streaks.

Use dry micro cloths dry to polish off marks on metal and glass, use squeegee on glass after every shower to prevent limescale build up.

Did you change the pipes too?
If not the blue specks could be just dislodged corrosion from inside the old pipes ( copper?).

Thanks all for this, very helpful.

@Finfintytint - yes the pipes did get changed (to new copper ones) could it be that? They are very small but I guess you notice all three things when it’s new.

Thanks @shash1982 and @TheDogsMother I’ll get a squeegee and check out the viakel. I’ll get some new cloths too, mine are pretty new but I wonder if with all the building work going on they are already a bit overused.

The shower e-clothes (one microfibre and one glass type cloth). Hot soapy water in the sink and bath (washing up liquid) clean with micro fibre and polish with the glass cloth -life changing, cheap and new nasty chemicals!
