Cordless dyson v7

Just wondering if anyone else has trouble with their cordless dyson cutting out after a short amount of time (1/2 mins) it doesn't always do it just occasionally but drives me insane!!! I've had a google and it suggests it does this when it's blocked, I've taken it apart several times to remove fluff etc but it still will do it not long afterwards and from what I can see it isn't blocked at all. Usually I just put it back on charge and then go back to in a few hours later and it will play ball but I can't continue with such a moody hover! Considering it is a pricey hover (well at least I think it is) I wouldn't expect it to be so unreliable!

How long have you had it? Our local storeman said if you are using it a lot the battery goes after 1 to 2 years. Ours was doing that but DH took it apart and cleaned it. I know you probably haven’t done this but check it isn’t on super suction just I know I haven’t moved it across sometimes when it cut out then I put it on charge. You can buy a new battery for about £80.
