My kitchen floor has lumpy stone floor tiles which are AWFUL to keep clean. I used to use a VAX hardfloor cleaner on it, but it didn't last much further than the warranty.
So, I bought a Bissell Crosswave to replace it. I notice that there is a strip of black rubber underneath it, and without any doubt the kitchen floor would destroy that.
Does anyone know whether the squeegee strip can be replaced, and whether it makes much difference to the machine's ability to dry the floor?
