Have had Shark True Pet upright corded vacuum (with anti hair wrap feature) for just over a year. Was fantastic at first picking up mountains of dog hair from carpets and rugs. Now it just seems to flatten it into a dog hair carpet coating which I end up gathering up with a rubber brush. I clean filters and unblock blockages (which happen annoyingly frequently). Any tips please?
