Used a squeegee to get hairs out my carpet before I got my new hoover and it has produced these small black marks. On closer inspection it looks like black bits of thread/fluff on top but just can't seem to get rid of it!!! Any ideas? Will post a pic of damaged carpet and a how it's meant to look. Tia
