Is it easy to keep clean? Am concerned I won't be able to use cleaning products around the toilet especially!

Have vinyl tiles, planks or sheet instead.
Easy to clean, warmer underfoot and less slippery (if you get the right one)

I have a wooden floor in my bathroom. It is reclaimed floor boards from an Edwardian house. To clean it, I first vacuum up any dust and then use a 1-2-Spray mop with a wooden floor cleaner in it.

The floor has been in place for about 20 years now and is fine. I've never had any problems.
