Minor Dyson repair

I have a circa four year old Dyson V6 and after knocking it over a few too many times, the catch where you inset the pole or other fittings has broken and so they won't stay in. It doesn't click into place, if you see what I mean.

Any idea of companies that do minor repairs? I am in London but could ship the case to someone I suppose.

It works fine apart from that so loathe to give up on it and create waste

Look for a small independent shop. Ours repairs them but I am other end of the country. If you can’t find anyone closer contact me and you could send photos to them. We gave them our old no longer mendable dysentery so he could strip it down and use the parts to mend someone else’s. He could mend ours because they had stopped making the spare part he needed.

There must be someone in London that does repairs. Independents are great it is like a challenge to them and customer service is wonderful.

Where in London are you? I am in east and the man who cleans my dyson also repairs them I believe
