Simplified Morning/evening routines

Inspired by another thread and wondered how you were keeping up with cleaning/organising during lockdown. I am wfh full time with DC to look after too. Use a mix of Flylady and Tomm (and own common sense??) But need to be very efficient right now. Struggling to get to zone cleaning with Flylady (decluttering/deep cleaning or Friday focus with TOMM). This is what I do:

AM
Get up, make beds
Coffee, quick read/phone (time wasting here?)
Shower etc... wipe down basin/shower/WC
Unload dishwasher
Breakfast
Load of laundry on

Home learning/work (difficult to combine)
Lunch - switch washing over, hang to dry. Quick kitchen clean
Everyone does 5 minute room rescue

Work
Make dinner
Tidy up kitchen
Quick tidy of main high traffic areas
Do 15 mins TOMM in a different room each day. Too tired to do more

Result is house basically ok but I am exhausted. What is everyone else doing to cope?

I have my own routines eg clean Kitchen on a Monday, bathrooms on Tuesday and just try to keep on top of things as I go.

Making myself do things that I feel I just can't be arsed to do has been hard but I'm better at that now.

Over the summer I did a 30 day declutter and organise which was so helpful as the benefits are long- lasting.

Laundry I do everyday and again MAKE myself put it all away.

I like to give myself little 10 minute tasks to transform a room or the shoe rack which is satisfying.

I've looked at FLYlady, This Girl Can Organise and TOMM and just made up my own things.
