Amtico care - how do you clean your LVT flooring?

We had Amtico put down in our hall and living room a few months ago. So far have been very pleased with it and it stays looking clean. At the moment I just hoover and use a spray mop ( with a an e-cloth type pad on the end) with diluted amtico cleaning solution. I have not used a mop and bucket on it. My spray mop broke yesterday so before purchasing a replacement, I thought I would ask what other people use on a day to day basis? Has anyone used a flash speedmop? I don't want to cause any damage but looking for something convenient and easy for day to day cleaning. Thanks

Amtico is tough. I used either a spray mop or a very well ring out mop with water and a dash of Flash to clean mine.

We have Amtico and use a mop and bucket with Zoflora or Flash and water. We’ve cleaned it that way for the past 3 years and it’s fine.

I have had Amtico flooring in our kitchen/family room for the last 12 years, in that time I have cleaned it using vacuum, spray mop, mop and bucket, scourer and Cif cream, bleach, Karcher hard floor cleaner, and none of them did any damage at all, the floor just got clean.
The door to our garden is off the kitchen and is a regular thoroughfare for teenage boys and three dogs, so these various cleaning methods have been employed pretty regularly.
It still looks great and I think it’s more than proved the initial expense was well worth it. I’d probably have had to replace cheaper flooring more than once by now.

Mop, bucket and flash multi purpose.

Our Amtico floor has been down for 11 years, we use a bucket and mop with an all purpose floor cleaner such as Flash.

Our only issues have been - occasional lifting of tiles in the bathroom if the kids get too much water on the floor and leave it, and our first set of bar stools scratched the surface as the felt protectors kept falling off. Other than that, trouble free, which is just as well as I found the cost fairly eye-watering.

We have an expensive Karndean so similar to Amtico. We have had ours more than 10 years but with a big dog, children who are now teens in a heavy duty kitchen, family room and hallway its been hammered. We have used a steam mop, an ordinary mop, proper Karndean fluid, i think Zoflora produces the best results though. It has never lifted and looks fine after a mop but it doesn’t look clean for long and has lots of scratches interested in hearing about mops.

Thanks everyone for your responses. Good to know that it is hard wearing and easy options for cleaning

I was told to just use a mop and bucket with a small squirt of washing up liquid on my LVT floor.

I use mop and bucket weekly and a spray mop every other day.
