How do you remove urine stains from toilet seat?

Urine stains on underside of expensive plastic toilet seats fitted in both bathrooms. Seats and toilet cleaned thoroughly daily - I have 3 boys under 10...
I have tried numerous products to try and remove urine stains including household remedies like vinegar/bicarbonate of soda mix. Any other suggestions very gratefully received!

Magic sponge is brilliant for this.

Vinegar and bicarbonate does work - a long with some elbow grease!

I got some mould and mildew spray (Waitrose own brand) and it shifts stains from loo seats (and grouting) - a couple of applications and it dissolves the stains away.

Pink stuff worked well on mine.

yellow stains on white plastic are actually bleach, not urine.

sometimes they can be removed with an abrasive cleaner that grinds the stain away

IIRC it does not come off even in the dishwasher.

my tip is to use a bathroom cleaning spray (not bleach) and to fit a new seat when you get fed up with them. A black seat can also be used.

BTW as porcelain collectors will tell you, bleach will also leave yellow stains on white plates, if it gets in through a crack or chip in the glaze. I don't know any way to get rid of it.
