How do I clean sick off a sheepskin???

My 5 month old DS has been sick on his sheepskin. I sponged it this evening and dried it with a hairdryer on a very low setting as he won't sleep without it.

BUT it still smells of sick so I really need to give it a better clean tomorrow - does anyone have any idea how I should wash and dry it, bearing in mind that it really needs to dry in no more than 10 hours?

anyone have any ideas at all? please?

I have machine washed mine. It's not a really fluffy one though, and I'd imagine if it was, it wouldn't be as fluffy afterwards. It did take a couple of days to dry though.
