Afternoon

have finish morning routine and survived taking dd & ds into town

As am on Day 12 have looked at Kelly's mission.
Therefore this afternoon i have to wade thru' the mountain of 'outgrown clothes for the charity shop'.
It will mean that tonite i will be able to get into bed without clambering over them. but am not looking forward to it.

Hello all, quiet on here today isn't it?!

Dressed to shoes done
Washing on done
DIshwasher empty done
Sink shiny done
Dinner - spag bol done
Hotspot done
15 minutes decluttering done
Swish and swipe downstairs toilet done

Can't do mission as we are having ensuite done so the bedroom is full of plumbing stuff. Will have a quick tidy of spare room where we are sleeping at the moment instead.

Catch up later have a good day all!

Hi Flowery. Yes it is very quiet on here. I think a lot of people are away, and they have requested an update for after the hols.

I was just reading through the last few days threads, and SuperMonkey said what do we do when we finish babysteps? Don?t know about you guys, but I?m not sure I feel up to the grown-up FLY thread yet. How about we have a ?FLYing Babysteppers ? Graduates and Newbies? thread for a while??

And thanks SA for the weekend link bump

I just want to say here, even though I think they are both on hols, to Unknownrebelbang and SuperMonkey, I am sorry to hear your efforts are being destroyed by an unsupportive family. I hope the rules are working! As a teacher I had big print outs all over the classroom to reinforce rules message. Plus I made a point of stupidly gushing overly praising good efforts and simply saying ?rules? when they needed reminding. No big telling off or shouting matach and no debate. Just ?rules? in a calm voice and walked away. Might that work at home?????

Shannaratiger, I did the 'outgrown clothes for the charity shop' but have sold mine (on here and ebay). I?m going to use the money for extra Christmas stuff. I?ve made £30 from them all!! Plus the extra space makes all the effort worthwhile!!

hi cinders these clothes aren't really worth selling as many were 2nd hand to me but am keeping in mind for later.
i was getting worried that i might have to learn how to do the link each day when u all left.

systemsaddict · 22/10/2007 15:58

Oooh yes please, a Graduates and Newbies thread, I would be too embarrassed to go on the grown-up FLY thread with my daily 'did she / didn't she get as far as shining the sink' at the moment!! (Didn't, at the weekend - felt v.v. rough - fell into bed by 8. I'm 9 weeks gone now so I reckon 3 weeks to go until I can hope to feel better!)

CindersNeedsHelp · 22/10/2007 16:06

OK. On Friday I?ll do a recap for the week for those who weren?t about this week and start a Graduates and Newbies thread. I think I?d like to stay on a thread with my new FLYing friends, and I?m not a spectacularly good FLYBaby. I have not done any FLYing since Friday! I don?t even have a shiny sink !!!! DS is asleep (bliss) and instead of doing chores I?m sat here on the PC while DH is reading book. It?s quite companionable actually! FLYing can wait until tomorrow!!!
