Storing Teddies

My kids have so many teddies which they understandably don’t want to throw away but they’re also getting fed up having no space in their beds for them!

Any ideas for semi-permanent storage for A LOT of teddies, some of the very large variety? I don’t mean a teddy hammock or something where they’re on view. Looking for a way to store them safely so we can either shove them in the cupboard or even up the loft and get them down in years to come (to hopefully take them straight to the charity shop).

Would some of those vacuum storage bags work or would that damage them?

What about a storage bag like this?

Think I would just double bag them in black bin bags. The bags linked to above would be better though.

Another idea is buy a bean bag cover and fill it with the toys, if your children have the floor space for bean bags.

We have a load in a few zip up storage bags in the loft.

I’ve used vacuum storage bags and they’ve come out perfectly with no damage.
