I am newly joined. I am jane.

Now come to the point.

I am facing a problem since yesterday. My shark is getting worse. I can't be able to vacuum properly. I don't understand where is the problem. I checked the connection and found no problem.
I am using a corded shark lift away.
Currently, I don't want to spend money on buying a new one.
Suggestions must be appreciated.

Is there no power getting to it? Have you checked for blockages?

Is it less than 5 years old? Should be covered by warranty.

I know about the warranty policy. I want to check if its a minor issue that i can fix before sending it to warranty.

Nice to know you @Jeanallenn and welcome to the community.

According to your statement, most probably your main brush got clogged by debris. Cleaning it should do the trick. You may check this resource I found given below. Though it portrays the cleaning of a shark robot vacuum cleaner, the main workflow is almost the same.
