Getting behind again with tidying decluttering. It just builds up again so quickly. I'm doing night time clean of kitchen so that's better but rest of house on a downhill slide. Not much motivation. Done absolutely nothing yet so far today. Do I need a routine.

Join us on the "Declutter one thing a day" thread. Lots of lovely posters who are decluttering one thing but usually find a few other things that can go too!

Once I'm all decluttered im going to try The Organised Mum Method. I follow them on Facebook and there are lots of clean organised homes that were like mine. I love looking at the before, during and after pictures.

Thanks very much. I will have a look. I do kind of start then after a few days it's back to square one.

I don't care anymore. Too much Covid horror to deal with, the decluttering can go the feck right now sorry. At least it is only in one room, the boxroom, and can be locked and out of sight lol.

Maybe you need more storage. Clutter is usually because there is nowhere to put things, not that you're too lazy to put them away. I use a lot of hooks to hang things such as cups, cooking utensils, cotton shopping bags, tea towels, masks, sweeping brush, duster. Hooks everywhere! When I own a house I will invest in floor to ceiling bookshelves and drawers.
