Stainless steel oven getting little rust marks...help

My oven has started to get little rust marks. Any idea how to remove? Worrying as it is built in....

Mine had little rust marks appearing, dotted all over. I think I sprayed it with the wrong cleaner, used bathroom instead of kitchen spray! I rubbed mine with oil, and used gentle cleaner. The marks went!

Thanks so much for that. Did you use the oil for a while and then use the kitchen cleaner?

Hi, I used the oil once I think, then reverted back to the proper cleaner. Marks have totally gone now, and I thought I had really wrecked it! Hope yours go!
