Miele C3 Cat & Dog: Cleaning Hoover Head

Help needed! I have a Miele C3 Cat & Dog vacuum which is brilliant.

But the hoover head for carpets (one with rolling brush) has become clogged.

I've watched tutorials but can't work out how to take it apart to clean.

I have tried every screwdriver I own but can't unscrew to take it apart (after removing the large yellow bits).

Any tips?

I remove the outside plate bit with a coin and the use scissors to snip the hair to unroll and remove it. I dont take the whole thing to pieces
