Any advice on how to clean abrasive floor tiles?

We have bought a holiday apartment with very abrasive floor tiles in the bathroom. Obviously they are like that to be non stick but it means dirt seems to catch on them and they’re so hard to clean.

Mops and cloths catch on it. We rent it out and the cleaner is really struggling with it. I’ve tried cleaning it myself when we stay there and it’s really hard. In time we will probably try to replace the floor but it’s not in the budget at the moment.

I wondered if anyone had any clever tips? I wondered about one of those silicon brushes and some kind of spray to scrub it but feel it would still need some form of absorbent material to mop up and wipe it.

we have that type of flooring on the kitchen floor at work and we use a deck scrubber first its like a broom but with short stiff bristles, dip it in hot soapy water so the floor is wetter than normal and then a cotton big kentucky mop wrung out it comes up very clean

Oh great, thank you. No idea what a Kentucky mop is, I’ll look it up!
