Le Crueset alternatives?

Where can I get a decent alternative without paying silly prices?

If it's a cast iron casserole dish you're looking for, I've read here that Tesco Go Cook ones are very reasonably priced and a good alternative.

Found a Meine Kuche casserole dish with lid in TK Maxx for £20. It's amazing!!!! It's so light, goes on the hob and in the oven. Washes up a dream! Just need to keep a look out for more.

The Aldi ones are almost as good (the knobs they used to have weren't as robust, so didn't look pristine after a few stints in the oven). I bought mine a couple of years ago. They still have this one in stock online if you can cope with grey: www.aldi.co.uk/grey-cast-iron-casserole-dish-20cm/p/705964404198701

Otherwise, there are usually some genuine Le Creuset ones on eBay?

Sainsbury’s ones are great, nice colours, very hard wearing

Slight more expensive than some of the other options but we really like the new John Lewis version:

Thanks everyone. I missed out on getting Aldi one a few years and not seen them since.

I really like the John Lewis one but wondering which one to buy between
casserole pot or the shallow one.

The big wide shallow ones are lovely-great for dishes where you want liquid to be absorbed/evaporated like paella/ratatouille/risotto.

I use a deeper trad casserole for fish/shepherds pies and casseroles that I don't want to keep checking on.

DH went to Sainsbury's today and came back with the Red deep casserole pot, a cheese grater & wine glasses 😆

Thank you for all the recommendations
