Hi all, I'm looking for any advice on using an app as an almost housework rota for DH and I. By default, much of the cooking and housework falls to me (I don't need any input on this, it is temporary but not fixable at the moment). I don't mind too much doing all the cooking, but I am really annoyed to be the one to think about everything, what needs doing, is there something ready to eat, is there something suitable for DD, is the laundry basket overflowing, is the floor in desperate need of a Hoover? You get the gist.
My plan is to use a shared app - im trying ourhome, not necessarily to assign loads of tasks to each of us, more as a reminder of the things that need doing and to help a better balance of tasks.
Has anyone used a shared app to help with housework duties? Any tips on what works or doesn't work? What chores should I include? I don't want to find it irritating! Thanks.
